  18. Steps to Follow: 1. Identify employees’ interests • conduct mini survey • set up Focus Group • Think Big  can start small 2. Search for service target • Assist by Social Welfare Department

  19. 3. Call for action Invitation to all staff 4.Focus Group • Joint Meeting  select service group  plan for activities 5.Evaluation and follow up • feedback from volunteers

  24. Dec 02 – Parents’ Association of Pre-school • Handicapped Children 學前弱能兒童家長會 • 2 hours activities • 13 volunteers

  25. Other Activities: Sept 02 (on individual interest) – Selling of Mooncakes for elderly of Po Leung Kok Nov-Dec 02 – Campaign Evergreen Scarf Knitting – 27 volunteers
