  2. Innovative steps taken • Convened In-house training on vigilance matters for staff of the Ministry • Vigilance Online Integrated Complaint Enquiry (VOICE) introduced to monitor complaints/enquiries

  3. Action Plan 2016-17 Pursuing for • Online Vigilance Clearance • Preparation of Vigilance Booklet compiling all vigilance issues and circulars/orders • Review and weeding of old Records

  4. Suggestions for Improvement • Intensive Training on Vigilance matters to staff • Proper storage for confidential documents
