  6. Code of Conduct • A Cadet will take equal care in the wearing of civilian attire. Revealing attire has no place in school. Males will have shirts tucked in and wear a belt. Females will have no mid-drift showing. Headgear is for outdoors.

  7. Not the time to be on the cutting edge of fashion Go conservative Watch the jewelry: WalMart Goth is inappropriate… even if you interview at WalMart! Careful with fingernail polish and lipstick Sexually revealing attire is not appropriate; but you can still get attention…. Proper Interview Attire

  8. When possible, let a professional pick out your wardrobe… • Especially if you shop at Dollar Place.

  13. Dress at Appropriate Level • Don’t try to out do the boss • Look the part • Keep it conservative

  14. Come Prepared • Bring a pen and pad • Fresh haircut and trimmed nails • Give your wardrobe the same attention you would a uniform

  15. Positive Attitude • Be pleasant and upbeat • Any company would be LUCKY to have you • Brush your teeth!!

  17. Interview Skills • Know WHY you want the job • Research the position • Take a portfolio • Do a practice interview • Know your strengths and weaknesses
