Results Based Accountability • RESULT: condition of well-being for children, adults, families, communities • HEADLINE INDICATOR: measure which helps quantify, describe achievement of RESULT • STORY: what is the root cause(s) at play • STRATEGY: what works to improve these conditions • PERFORMANCE MEASURES: how well the service system, program(s), agency(s) is working

Data Development Work Group Role: Provide expertise and support around population-level indicators and performance-level measures. To Date: • Completed extensive research to address gaps in Headline Indicators • Applied a decision making process to determine: • Headline Indicator • Performance Measure • Data Development Agenda
Steering Committee Update Role: Provides oversight, direction and guidance to all aspects of the Early Childhood Colorado Partnership. Update: • Result Work Group Chairs recruited • Diving into: • how to capture and share accomplishments • longer term fiscal sustainability of Partnership
Result Work Group Chairs Role: Provide facilitation and support to small teams of partners organized around a specific RESULT. Children live in safe, stable and supportive families: Brenda McChesney, Scott Bates Families are engaged as leadership in their child's healthy development & education: Eileen Forlenza, Jose Esquibel Children’s health and development are on track: Christopher Price, Eileen Auer Bennett, Gina Robinson, Heather Frenz, Megan Wilson Children of all races and income levels are successful learners: Emily Bustos, Jennifer O’Brien, Kim Owen
