Large Number of Areas for Improvement (Inputs) No Short Cuts Analysis Focus Point KRA Synthesis Prioritised Key Initiatives Functional Improvement Plan One Pager (Output) Functional Planning Process A focused approach to improvement that takes a large number of inputs, analyses them and produces a SMART plan for the year. Functional planning takes place over a two day workshop. The process is not fixed and as the organisation grows so does the process.
The One Pager Explained KRA – What is the improvement Area KPI – Are we making head line progress? PIs – Are we making general progress? Who is delivering the improvement? What are we trying to achieve? How are we going to do it?
