WHIAAPI: OUR PRIORITY ISSUES Healthy Communities & Sustainable Neighborhoods Improve overall health outcomes for AAPIs and the environment they live in Educational Opportunities Increase AAPI access to federal educational opportunities. Build a pipeline for AAPIs to reach their full career potential. Economic and Sustainable Growth Foster and encourage economic growth in AAPI communities. Ensure AAPI workers’ rights are protected and upheld. Civil and Immigrant Rights Ensure AAPIs have equal access to government programs and services. Expand language access, and outreach to women, support the rights of immigrants, and increase efforts to combat discrimination.
