    2. Question title: Identify an issue or problem relating to the management of people in your part of Morrisons. Evaluate and analyse this using theory to suggest possible outcomes, solutions and recommendations to resolve this issue.

    3. Essay introduction extracts: 4 groups of staff all have different pay, benefits and employment contracts. The recent climate survey* results highlighted some areas for concern, e.g. ‘We are “one team”’ (36c) - only 50% of staff agreed with this statement (Morrison’s PLC 2011). We need to first understand how to motivate such a diverse group of people and to generate a feeling of belonging amongst all staff. Part B ... build towards ‘one team’ and increasing team motivation through greater understanding of motivational theory.
