REGISTRATION FORM(3/4) TurkishFlourIndustrialistsFederation 15th International CongressandExhibition • Registration and accommodation fees will be paid in TL and the sponsorship fees will be paid in EURO. • VATis included to registration & accommadation fees • 3 nightsaccommodationsincludeallinclusive service andcheck-in on April 25th andcheck-out April 28st, 2019. • The 5-night package option is the April 23 checkin, April 28 checkout. • Hotels work with all inclusive system. Since the hotel has a limited number of rooms, TUSAF has the right to remove the option at any time. • To accommodation packages, airport-hotel-airport transfers are included for 23 April, 25 April and 28 April. • Tothe «onlyregistrationfee»; congress and exhibition, cocktail, gala dinner and congress bag is included. Therewill b e nobadgesgiventothesecondperson in familydiscountedfees. • Firmswhich has discountedstandsponsorshipswillbenefitlimitedly. Promotional companies with limited prices will benefit from limited prices. • Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect the change in the amounts of taxes, duties and impoststhat may arise. • Persons who do not receive accommodation through the Organization Secretariat must select the option of non-accommodation. During the congress, they will be able to benefit from the hotel concept from 09:00 to 18:00. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be able to enter the congress center. • Cancelationrequestsmust be done in written. The repaymentsof the cancellations approved by TUSAF will be made at the end of the organization.
