What is Cooperative Purchasing? • Cooperative Purchasing is a collaborative effort to obtain benefits in pricing, product quality and contract process efficiencies for public purchasing entities throughout the State of Utah.
This collaborative effort results in State Cooperative Contracts.
What are the Value of State Cooperative Contracts to you? • Lower Prices
Who may use State of Utah Cooperative Contracts? • State of Utah Agencies • City & Towns • County • Higher Education • Public Education • Special Service Districts
Use of these contracts by state agencies is mandatory. • Use of these contracts by city/towns, county, higher ed, public ed and special service districts is voluntary.
