Accomplishments • Completed revisions to RAC 101 • Distributed RAC 101 to RAC members via email requesting new members to send requests for additional info • Delivered RAC 101 at annual meeting • Developed format for one page fact sheet describing each state DOT research unit; distributed and received 16 completed documents to date. • Delivered mentoring program
Goals and Activities • Working on SCOR 101 • Continued presentations on white paper on NCHRP role in funding AASHTO products; conference call with Ken Sweeney, Dale Peebody, Jim McDonald on SCOH Strat Plan goal 8 to develop problem statement regarding updates to AASHTO pubs, manuals and guidelines.
Goals and Activities • Develop standard format for TF reporting to RAC • 90 minute format for RAC 101 worked well as delivered this year. Request 90 minute time slot for next year’s program as part of regular program so participation of new and old members is maximized. Develop pre- meeting webinar • Develop one page flow chart showing relationship of research organizations
Goals and Activities • Two tasks still pending on emerging research and technology and incorporating training modules into NCHRP projects where appropriate • Review Regional bylaws/rules/guidelines for consistency with RAC Operating Guidelines/ Need?
