Failure to recognize a compelling, outward focus as a key to church health and leadership typically results in what I would refer to as… “mission confusion”
When pastors and boards take an external/macro approach to church leadership, it will lead to the inevitable discovery of a common, overarching mission “The Mission of God”
“I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you.
