  3. What are the Temperatures in Space? • On the moon it can get up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. • On the moon it can also get down to 250 degrees Celsius. • The temperature of the surface of the sun in 6000 degrees Celsius . • The temperature of the sun’s core is 15 million degrees Celsius.

  4. How many moons does each planet have? • Mercury has 1 moon • Venus has 1 moon • Pluto has 1 moon • Saturn has 18 known moons • Jupiter has 63 moons • They have not discovered anymore moons yet, but I am sure there are more!

  5. Is There Life on Other Planets? • Some people say yes and some people say no. It is a mystery that still remains.

  6. About Solar Eclipses • Solar eclipses happen for seven minutes. • Solar eclipses are when the moon gets in the way of the sun. • Two to five solar eclipses occur each year. • No more than two can be total eclipses.

Phases Of The Moon • The first phase is called the New moon. • The second phase is the Waxing crescent moon. • The third phase is First quarter moon. • The fourth phase is the Waxing gibbous moon. • The fifth phase is the Full moon. • The sixth phase is the Waning gibbous moon. • The seventh phase is the Last quarter moon. • The next to last phase is the Waning Crescent moon. • The last phase of the moon is the Dark moon.

  8. Galileo Galilei • Galileo played a big roll in scientific revolution. • He was born in Pisa ,Italy on the 15 of February 1564 • He died January 8th and was 77 years old. • His parent is Vincezo and his mistress was Maria Gamba.

Telescopes • A telescope is an instrument designed to aid the observation of remote objects by collecting some form of electromagnetic radiation. • The first known practical telescopes were invented in the 17th century. • The idea that theoblective, or light-gathering element, could be a mirror instead of a lens was being investigated soon after the invention of the refracting telescope . electromagnetic radiation
