The opening section - In the opening section of a condolence letter, you’ll acknowledge the great loss of the recipient and how sad you’re after learning about the news. Always begin your letter with “Dear…” followed by the recipient name. Also, try to include everyone’s name as you’ll be sending to a deceased’s family. Middle section - When it comes to middle section, you need to start talking about positive qualities of the deceased and share some cherished memories. Concluding section - In the final section of the letter, you must offer support to the grieving family and talk about the service.
