Capacity Matrices Student self assessment on learning targets. Focus on the TEKS & how to design a unit to lead students to higher level thinking about content
Capacity Matrices are based on a Langford tool. They were designed to break down topic areas into steps to achieve a result. They include tasks, knowledge levels, & understandings.
Capacity matrices should be constructed by the shareholders & created to meet the needs of your group. They are for self assessment, not evaluation.
