  5. Stuffy nose Procedure is very simple Prepare a basin of hot water Apply Tiger Balm medication and apply under the nostrils Place a towel over the basin and put your head just above the towel Then the nose will be much better

  6. Headaches and migraines Procedure is very simple Place a warm towel over your forehead Apply a small amount of Tiger Balm to both sides of the temple Massage well in that area
