  5. Impacts on Water • Rise in Ground water level (Average 1.2 M) • Year round availability of potable drinking water • Increase in time of concentration • Water flow in drainages extended by 2 months • 13 new wells, 11 new pumps • 32 ha are brought under irrigation

  6. Impacts on Agriculture, Food Security • 30% fallow land (108 acre) brought under cultivation • 55 farmers first time took Rabi crop in around 48 acres • Increase in pulses & Oilseed sown area by 22% • Increase in per acre yield of paddy by 62%

  7. Impacts on Income & Livelihood • More than 60,000 person days generated • Increased environment friendly uses/habits • Distressed migration is reduced by 77% • School dropout rate is notably reduced Migration status
