Agreements - Costs and Payments (1/3) e-mail from Robert Angus (NPL) dated 21 march 2003 (extract) « …There may still be some small discrepancies between this spreadsheet and the full financial information on the CPFs submitted to EC. For example I know that the project Total on the spreadsheet at EUR1794865 is slightly different from the total value on the EC Contract(EUR1795167). The difference of EUR302 is trivial and has probably been caused by rounding errors in the calculations…»

16. WP8 / WP9 • Suggestion to SG: The work done within WP 8 and WP 9 could be regrouped or compared, to be sure do not forget any relevant temperature topic

Software tools • The group has suggested to link this task with the softool Metronet project. • It is noted that this task is not treated in any other WP. • Position of LMK in charge of this task; (extract from a message of J. Bojkovski dated 11/04/03) “…This task was clearly presented and documented in the preparation of the project and it was decided that it is in agreement with core of the project. … We are aware of the project Softool Metronet, and this task is only partially related to that project. However, we think that this task would be a good opportunity to develop methods, tools and reference data sets which would be specific for thermometry. Nevertheless, if it would be necessary or if SG decides that some tasks need additional help, we can agree on some minor changes, within same amount of workload….” • Members ask the SG for a clarification
