  2. STIP II Workgroup • Next phase review TIP Template after conversions have been made from the SIP template. • 4 EPA Representatives (Steve Body lead Region 10) • Doug McDaniel and Monica Morales • Seek out tribal reviewers • Bob Gruenig and Bill Grantham NTEC

  3. 309 SIP Template Completed in March 2003 (not finalized) Composed of 4 major sections Template section has 12 chapters 309 TIP Template Completion set for May 2003 ??? 90 day review Designed after the model SIP *Additional sections added relevant to tribes (7). STIP II ProjectState and Tribal Implementation Plan

  5. Potential Challenges • Modification of rule and template language • Delay in receiving EPA comments. Due to challenging questions posed. • Lack of tribal representatives to review document. • Other unforeseen issues
