Responsibilities of Club Officers It is their responsibility to ensure:- - Minutes of Board Meetings are kept • - All correspondence is responded to - All Accounts are paid on time • - All dues are collected from members - All dues are paid to RI & District on time

Payment in $AUS (at exchange rate to be advised), plus 10% GST, together with completed copies of Semi-Annual Report (SAR) and an updated copy of your club’s Membership Listing is to be sent to: Rotary International South Pacific & Philippines Office, PO Box 1415 PARRAMATTA NSW 2124
