Responsibilities of Club Officers The Board of the club is responsible for the smooth running of the club However, the administrative running of the club falls on the shoulders of 3 people: President, Secretary and Treasurer but Primarily by the Secretary Therefore, the role of Secretary a most critical one

  2. Responsibilities of Club Officers It is their responsibility to ensure:- - Minutes of Board Meetings are kept • - All correspondence is responded to - All Accounts are paid on time • - All dues are collected from members - All dues are paid to RI & District on time

Responsibilities of Club Officers WHAT TO SEND TO WHOM & WHEN • Club Bulletins – One copy each week to: • (Preferably electronically) • DG Greg Brown - gregbrown@iinet.net.au • DGE Geoff Tancred - gjt@bigpond.net.au • DGN • Your Assistant Governor • District Secretary • Other Presidents in your Group

  4. Responsibilities of Club Officers WHAT TO SEND TO WHOM & WHEN District Dues: • Dues of $80.00 per active member are payable in 2 equal • Payments of $40.00 on 1st July & 1st January to: • The District Treasurer, Bob Parsons • PO Box 40 • YANCO NSW 2703

  5. Responsibilities of Club Officers WHAT TO SEND TO WHOM & WHEN RI Per Capita Dues: RI Dues are due and payable on 1st July & 1st January as invoiced by RI. (The amount will be in $US). Payment in $AUS (at exchange rate to be advised), plus 10% GST, together with completed copies of Semi-Annual Report (SAR) and an updated copy of your club’s Membership Listing is to be sent to: Rotary International South Pacific & Philippines Office, PO Box 1415 PARRAMATTA NSW 2124

  7. Responsibilities of Club Officers WHAT TO DO & WHEN Report Incoming Club Officers Following your club’s AGM it is essential that details of all incoming Club Officers be updated. This is necessary so that after the 30th June membership details can be updated in the next year If there is any change to incoming officers before the changeover then those changes need to be updated Online via ClubRunner NB: This information is to be updated as and when it occurs
