  2. May 31 MMWG Meeting • DRAFT Performance Measures Rulemaking – APPROVAL STILL PENDING • Measure A-1: Customers Served by REPs • AREP references removed • Measure A-2: Number of Active REPs • Unchanged • Measure B-1: Customer Enrollment Success Rate

May 31 MMWG Meeting • Measure B-1: Customer Enrollment Success Rate • ERCOT will report at market summary level • Will only be required to report by REP and by TDU if performance falls below 98% success rate • Measures the following end-to-end processes: • Switches • Move-Ins • Standard Move-Ins • Move-Outs

May 31 MMWG Meeting • Measure B-2: Meter Read and ESIID Database Management Transaction Success Rate • ERCOT will report at market summary level • Will only be required to report by REP and by TDU if performance falls below 98% success rate • Measures… • Ad Hoc Historical Usage Requests • Meter Reads • ESIID Creation and Maintenance Requests

May 31 MMWG Meeting • Measure B-3: Field Performance • Billing Success Rate measure eliminated • Will include ERCOT service availability • Monthly DNP reporting incorporated • TDSPs will report on: Move-Ins, Priority Move-Ins, Move-Outs, Disconnects, Reconnects, Same-day Reconnects, Meter Re-Reads and Off-Cycle Reads • Also included Estimates for Reasons Other then Denial of Access • Market recommended this be removed and handled with RMS report instead • Staff agreed to reconsider
