Electronic Resources Team • Part of larger Procurement Improvement Initiative • Examined all electronic resources that are used by the procurement community • Analyzed which electronic resources are used the most by procurement personnel • Analyzed 210 website traffic • Procurement policy page was used the most by far

Redesigning The Policy Website • Organization by “Type of Guidance” • Many different areas to check for guidance on any one subject • HQ Circulars, GSFC Circulars, Did You Know, Becker’s Briefs, Policy Weekly, Etc.. • Determined organization by “Topic” would be more user friendly • Reorganized information on policy website • Majority of policy information is now organized similar to the NF1098
