Metastorm--Assumptions • You have a current Metastorm User ID and password. • If not, refer to guidance in the September 4th Stakeholder Registry notice posted under Farm Bill Updates • You are a Farm Bill Reviewer • May hold multiple or overlapping roles—that’s OK • Contact the group email at: PPQ.Section.Farmbill-10201@aphis.usda.gov with any questions about role assignments

  10. The Suggestion Workflow • Once submitted, Metastorm automatically routes the suggestion to the appropriate Goal Review Team

  11. Locating a Suggestion • Displays in the “To Do” list for the Goal Team Leads, SPHDs, and SPROs • Displays in the “Watch List” for Reviewers (Goal Team Members, others with reviewer role)

  12. Opening a Suggestion • Select ‘PPQ Farm Bill Suggestion’ process • Click on the suggestion you’re interested in; this will open the suggestion form in read-only mode

  13. Header Tabs—Viewing Suggestion Content • Form will open to ‘Suggestion Information’ Tab (expandable panels reveal additional info)

Reviewer Role—Forward Email • Forward Email Button • will open a form to allow you to forward contents of the suggestion to anyone—used to solicit feedback • Note: Accomplishment and Budget attachments do not forward with e-mail; users must login to Farm Bill Suggestion System to review these attachments (future enhancement)

  24. Goal Team Lead Role--Actions • Add Review Note &Forward Email are also available, as described earlier • Review Complete will open a form that allows Team Lead to enter last comments • Moves the suggestion folder to the next stage • Closes suggestion—no more review comments

  26. Locating a Suggestion • Select the “Administration Forms” tab • Select Farm Bill Query Tool for current year • Select Farm Bill Query Tool—Archive for past year(s)

  29. Metastorm – Suggestor Notes • Suggestor Notes: • added by Suggestors • for the use of the Suggestor only • not included as part of the suggestion • not visible to any reviewer role • will not be considered in the review process

  30. Metastorm – SPHD/SPRO Notes • SPHD‐SPRO Notes • Only added by users with the SPHD‐SPRO role • can be viewed by ALL reviewer roles including: SPHD‐SPRO, Review Team, and Goal Team Leads • SPHD-SPRO Review Deadline= January 10th
