  17. HireWire Press free article database This the HighWire Press List is for HINARI eligible countries and can be accessed directly since that is based on IP address. Note that HighWire Press also has another list titled 'Free full-text' for users throughout the world.

  19. BioMed Central BioMed Central is an open access publisher that makes access to published articles freely available to the public. The journals are funded by an author pays model.
