Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (Jam. 4:7) (3) He is not as powerful as God • “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 Jn. 4:4) (4) He will be cast into hell • “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels” (Matt. 25:41)
