Green Economy: Definition and goal • Definition • The green economy is centred on investment in new & expanded market opportunities that support a low carbon, resource efficient & socially inclusive economic pathway • Goal statement • To establish the Western Cape as the lowest carbon province and leading green economic hub of the African Continent Premier Council on Skills: Green Economy
