Allows authorized Regional user to become a State user. This function is sometimes necessary so that a Region can: • add implementer-defined codes for a State, making the codes State-owned rather than Region-owned, or • edit (update, inactivate, delete, transfer, etc.) state-owned codes
CA Area Fixed IOR Ca Event Variable IOR • The Implementer of Record (IOR) defines who owns data & can maintain it • Two Kinds of IOR – Fixed & Variable
This utility allows authorized users to add, change & delete implementer defined codes. • Only implementers defined codes will be listed on this screen.
Allows System Administrators to make certain Headquarters codes inaccessible to States and Regions in the application.
This utility allows State System Administrators to enter and update state-specific contact data for the determination of active and inactive sites in the state.
This utility allows System Administrators to enter messages that will be seeing by their respective user communities when their users access the RCRAInfo System.
This new utility provides System Administrators the opportunity to move data (handler, permitting, corrective action, CM&E, and biennial report) from one handler to another. This function is sometimes necessary because: • a handler was assigned two different handler IDs, or • a handler ID was entered incorrectly into RCRAInfo
The Acknowledgement Flag is used to indicate those facilities to whom an implementer will be sending a formal acknowledgment of receipt of a Site Identification Form (8700-12). • Only users with proper IOR status and access rights for the Handler Module can utilize the Acknowledgement Flag utility.
This utility allows users to generate a batch of EPA IDs at once.
Users have the ability to create & maintain personal files of IDs and be able to run them against reports or BARRT Query Tool.
NOTE: Every quarter NCC does a security scan and checks everyone passwords, to make it meet the criteria listed above or to check that is not an inappropriate or crude password.
This utility was designed specifically to allow the GPRA Administrator to manage the GPRA Baseline.
The screen displays a list of all the current Corrective Action GPRA facilities (in this case the 2020 Baseline), organized by Region.
This utility allows users to view the current status of various types of information in RCRAInfo. • Any user, regardless of IOR status, can view the status reports, but the reports pertain mainly to users who do translation. • The report shows the progress of the submission along with any errors encountered during processing. • When the status report is complete, the last line of the report will include a message to that effect.
The View Report Statistics utility allows users to view statistics about the usage of the reports.
The User Preferences section provides users the opportunity to customize the RCRAInfo application look for their account.
