Organizational Health • Increased annual performance appraisals for staff from 63.5% in 2009 to 97% in 2011. • Faculty continue using the Comprehensive Faculty Evaluation Process (CFEP) for review. • Grievance procedures for both staff and faculty are available and clear in the employee and faculty handbooks. • Evaluation of staff and faculty salaries are reviewed on an on-going basis by Human Resources and the Office of the Provost.
