Biography Spike Jonze is an American Music Director. He directs commercials as well and is an Academy-nominated director and producer in film. He is also credited as MTV’s Jackass co-creator. Spike Jones was born on the 22nd October 1969 in Rockville, Maryland and is currently thirty-nine years old. He was married to Sofia Coppola who was also a director. He got divorced to her on December 2003 and is currently dating Michelle Williams. Jonze was raised in Bethesda, Maryland and attended Walt Whitman High School. He was really into cycling stunts and was an avid BMX freestyler. He had only three requirements for a girlfriend and they were “short hair, clear skin and good teeth.” He was married to Sofia Coppola who was also a director. They got divorced in December 2003 and Jonze is currently dating Michelle Williams.
