The Place Survey….. • Measures 18 of the new ‘citizen perspective’ National Indicators (NIs) • A core questionnaire was supplied by Communities and Local Government. • A total of 182,500 questionnaires were mailed out across the 33 Boroughs to randomly selected addresses between October and December 2008 • Data weighted centrally by Audit Commission for sex, age and ethnicity to the known profile of each Borough, and adjusted for household size. • Results are based on 54,345 completed questionnaires (response rate of 31%)
