  2. Approach collaborative of improvement of quality • Several hospitals / centers of health work together • With a purpose / common objective: reduce, ameliorate or augment. (by the improvement of quality by the real implementation and membership in norms / directives of taking care of x or y); • By bringing changes in local processes to implement norms • By using common indicators to measure progress in comparison with fixed objective • By sharing lessons of “ what walked ”

Who are the collaborators? • Teams of improvement of care within Health Training and between Health Trainings: doctors, nurses, technicians of laboratory, social helpers, other implicated personnel • The managers and leaders of structures of health • Equip Frame of Region • Members of the committees of health • Associations and ONG • Ministry of Health and other partners

What experiments of implementation in Niger? • Collaboratif of improvement of the quality of care pédiatriques in the hospital PHI: 2003 - 2007 • Collaboratif of improvement of the quality of Obstetrical Care and Néonataux Essentiels (GATPA, SEN, PI and Contentment of the customers): 2005 - 2007; • Collaboratif of improvement of the quality of nutritional services in the hospital: 2006 - 2007;
