Our Success Plan • Focus on delivery of the product and do it well! • Balance the F+I+R+M opportunities for participants • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local business groups based on reciprocity • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local government (EDU + others) • Demonstrate ethics & best practice in all activities • Market the product in relevant & contemporary ways • HAVE FUN………AND MORE FUN
Our Succession Plan • Continuously attract and develop leadership talent to deliver the success plan • As long as it works (is FUN), keep doing it • If it stops working (is not FUN), stop doing it • If it stops and there is any money left in the kitty, donate it to something worthwhile. In 2007, 4 people went to lunch to catch up… let’s not lose sight of how and why this started.
