The Georgia County Internship Program connects college students with Georgia county internships. The program provides students with opportunities to intern in various county departments throughout the state for a hands-on understanding of the inner workings of county government. Mission Statement

Write Press Releases • Design or update county website • Draft a county ordinance • Participate in grant writing • Prepare studies and reports on various county programs • Prepare GIS mapping and programming • Create databases and develop templates • Assist with budget projects and preparation • Assist with event planning • Aid with stormwater complaints Examples of Projects
Complete Application • Submit to ACCG • Job posting review and placement How Counties Apply
