History • Midwest Collegiate League • Started in the fall of 2010 • Started by the Chicago Zephyrs, Rockford Foresters, Southland Vikings, and Will County CrackerJacks • Currently each team plays 46 games including an All-Star Game and Post Season • Scout Evaluation
History – Will County CrackerJacks • Founded by Jamie Toole • Founder of the Joliet Jackhammers • Based out of Plainfield, Illinois • Coaches: Vern Hasty and Bobby Dernier
Two Teams and One League • Will County CrackerJacks • Illinois Lincolns • Chicagoland Collegiate League • Disbanded after one month • Issues with players
Goals of Our Season • Winning Season with minimal injuries • Repeat as champions of the MCL • Find new ways to expose our name • Create fun environment • Begin to help establish the MCL as a prominent league
First task in the office • Phone Calls • Ernie Banks Event • Become very comfortable talking to people on the phone • Promoting the team • Giving info on upcoming events • Ticket Sales • Create a Script

Interworking's of the Midwest Collegiate League (MCL) • League Board • Consisted of all owners • Commissioner – Owner • League Payments • Each team has two payments to make throughout the season • One at the start • At the end of the Regular Season
Resignation From League • Payments to the League ultimately lead to our owner resigning form the league • League Commissioner • Change when the last payment was due • Gave each team two days • Would not be allowed in playoffs if payments were not made • Jamie was forced to withdraw CrackerJacks and Lincolns
