  2. Monday Happy Halloween: You had lots of fun on Saturday and Sunday celebrating Halloween. You had to buy a costume and candy! Under entertainment deduct…. Budget - $18.94 Middle - $46.82 Luxury - $94.12

  3. Monday Luxury Entertainment Lifestyle Only: You hosted a Halloween Costume Party Saturday for over a 100 people. It was awesome! Everyone had a blast! Deduct $641.37 for food, supplies, and prizes!!!

  4. Monday If you are overdrawn in your account, you must record a fee of $35 for each time you were overdrawn. Yes, you will still be in the negatives! Record it anyways.

  5. Monday Do you have any rich friends? If you do, you may ask them for money. This can be a gift or a no interest loan. A loan will have to be paid back, but it might help you out now. You may only get one loan or gift and each person can only give one loan or gift. If you are giving, please write a check to the person for the amount you are willing to loan or give them. Paperwork must be filled out. You must agree on the terms on the loan by filling out a loan agreement which must be turned in to the loan officer, Mrs. Jaggi.

  6. Tuesday Hurry and deduct from your account the amount you are putting into savings and/or other investments! Budget: $ 50 Middle: $150 Luxury: $250

  7. Tuesday Debt - You have a credit card payment due. Some of you may have other loans as well. Deduct the following: Budget - $50 Middle - $150 Luxury - $400

  8. Wednesday Great News!!!! Your boss is giving raises out!! On your next paycheck you will get a raise if you got an A, B or C on the test! Fill out a Change in Earnings form and submit it to the payroll department (Mrs. Jaggi) today! 90% or better - 5% increase 80% to 89% - 3 % increase 70% to 79% - 1% increase 69% or below - No increase

  9. Wednesday So you want to make a change? Today you can decide if you want to change any of your utilities? You must fill out a Change of Lifestyle form and attach it to your packet.

  10. Wednesday Today you may look at finding a part - time job. If you don’t want a part time job then you need to write an ad for help in your job. Please look on Mrs. Jaggi’s website for specific directions for this activity.

  11. Thursday Teachers!!!! You have a friend who has a child who needs an Algebra tutor! You have been asked to tutor this student for some extra money. You may add an extra $60 each Thursday for helping out!

  12. Thursday Groceries: You went grocery shopping this week. Record the appropriate deduction from your account… Budget - $87.16 Middle - $121.10 Luxury - $158.74

  13. Friday – Payday!!! Record you earnings in your account. You however, were sick one day and need to deduct it from your pay unless you are salaried and have sick days!!! If you are a carpenter, roofer, auto mechanic, nurse or painter you must deduct 1/5 of your pay this week.

  14. Friday You have been thinking about getting a pet! Can you afford one? You need to decide one of the following: • If you have an apartment, no pets are allowed. • You can adopt a dog or cat for a $25 adoption fee. Choices are limited. • You can buy the dog or cat of your choice for $425.

  15. Friday – BAD NEWS!!!!! Someone or two will be laid off from their job. Will it be you?????
