SPCC-BMP Plan Training USDOC, NOAA, OFA, Environmental Compliance
These training slides have been created by the RECOS - Minh, Lynnette and Mark. They have been purposely designed to follow the sections within the standard BMP templates created by the RECOs and NWS HQ. You can download these slides and perform the training yourself for your staff. Contents include a Certificate page and attendance log You can also call your RECO for assistance. We will be glad to help in any way.
How to Run this training • Familiarize yourself with your BMP. Have it signed. • Schedule a day when your MIC will be available to provide management show of support. If MIC can’t attend - then you want them to kick it off. • This can take 2-4 hours, depending on the length of time for your spill drill exercise and the amount of discussion folks get into.
