  1. IT Governance IT Governance 개요 • IT Governance란, IT투자의 효과성(Effectiveness)을 측정하고 비즈니스 위험을 최소화할 수 있는 실제적인 지침을 갖는 것 • 중요한 의사결정 사항으로 무엇이 있는지 밝히고 • 이 의사결정을 누가 할 것인가 정의하고 • 1,2가 원할히 운영될 수 있도록 어떤 메커니즘을 쓰는가에 대한 틀

IT Governance 목표 • 지난해 12월 16일 ITGI(IT Governance Institute)에서 새롭게 발표된 COBIT(Control Objectives for Infor-mation and related Technology) 4.0 개정 프레임워크는 지금까지의 규제를 준수하기 위한 프레임워크의 성격에서 대폭 수정된 내용을 담고 있다. 기업의 이사회와 경영자가 IT의 가치는 높이면서 관련된 위험을 줄일 수 있는 더욱 광범위한 사례를 포함하고 있다. • “IT 거버넌스는 이사회와 경영진의 책임(Responsibility)으로 해석될 수 있다. 이는 전사 지배구조(Enterprise Gover-nance)의 중요한 한 부분으로 리더십, 조직구조, 그리고 프로세스로 이루어져 있으며, IT가 기업의 전략과 목표를 지원하고 강화할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.” 이사회와 경영진의 5가지 책임(Responsibility). - 전사 전략을 수립할 책임- 가치를 가시화할 책임- 자원을 최적의 방법으로 사용할 책임- 성과를 측정할 책임- 위험을 관리할 책임
