  2. Daily Expectations Project Points • Eat healthy, keep diet similar to home. • Be where you need to be on time. • Wear layers: T-shirt, long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, jacket. Basic Rules • Keep all your receipts and label each one: lunch, gift, etc. BEFORE – we visit each site • Check the required photo list and make sure you understand what photos are required. • Bring extra film and money AFTER – we visit each site • Collect any and all receipts for anything you purchased on site. • Record your expenses in your expense journal • Make sure you have filled out all required pages pertaining to the site. • Put all receipts and brochures in your organizer by day. • Never wander off from the group • Always know where your “stuff” is located • Never leave your things unattended Backpack Items • Name tag • Room key • Money • Notebook • Bottled water • Camera • Extra film • Batteries • Pen/Pencil • Chap-stick • Coat • Gloves • Umbrella • Hat • Disposable camera as a back-up Page 1
