Robinsons KL Flagship Store Grand Launch @ Shoppes at Four Seasons Place

Even though many said online shopping had been out-pacing brick-and-mortar retail spaces, but I still very much value personalized shopping experiences in physical department stores. From discovering a new item, touching and trying them, engagements with the salesperson, up ’til when I pick up my shopping bags at the cashier. These are the kind of satisfaction I get from in-store buying experiences, albeit the fact I do spend a fair amount of time browsing on shopping sites. Moreover, retail shopping these days have already evolved from a need driven of merely buying, into lifestyle destinations where people seek for leisure time to gather and socialize. Speaking of which, I was invited to Robinsons KL Flagship Store Grand Launch recently, a lifestyle store in Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, located in the heart of city centre. It was such an honour to be a part of this fun-filled VIP Night where other celebrities and VVIPs were also present such as Paul Delaoutre (Retail of Al-Futtaim Group, President), Christophe Cann (Asia of Al-Futtaim Group, CEO), Ashley Tang (Robinson Malaysia, GM and Director), YBhg. Datuk David Ban (Venus Assets, Executive Director), and Zahir Kelvin Ong Abdullah (Venus Assets, Director).
