  6. Legislative Branch • The legislative branch is madeup of Congress - House of Representatives and Senate. • This branch makes new laws! • They meet at the U.S. Capital

  7. Executive Branch • The Executive branch is madeup of the president, vice president, and the cabinet members. • This branch enforces the laws! • They meet at the White House. • The president is called the Commander-in-chief of the military

  8. Judicial Branch • The Judicial branch is madeup of 9 justices (or judges). • This branch judges the laws! • They meet at the Supreme court. • The justices are appointed for life.
