2. Recruiting & Screening Qualified Applicants Are:
- 1st Class PFT / CFT
- TS / SCI eligible
- Water Survival Intermediate (WS-I) or better swim qualification
- Meet the SDA order (NAVMC P1326E) requirements regarding personal finances
- Not previously passed on promotion board (service limitation implications)
- Recent EOD School graduates by exception
- Prefer applicants with MAGTF EOD experience
Monitor will assist screening pool of applicants WRT PCA/PCS eligibility and service limitations

Complete a MARSOC OF-D (SOCS-E) screening checklist and submit to:

c. MARSOC EOD will be infod by MARSOC Recruiters / G9 and
will review applicants screening checklist
All applicants will be required to conduct a structured psychological interview with a MARSOC Psychologist coordinated through the MARSOC HQ (EOD Officer / Chief)

- Qualified & Selected applicant referred to 2336 Monitor
- Target Applicant: Sgt / SSgt / GySgt w/ MAGTF deployment

Orders / Assignment will be coordinated between MARSOC HQ (EOD) and 2336 Monitor ISO MARSOC EOD manpower requirements
5. Training MARSOC EOD Training Process
To become a SOCS-E (NMOS 8071) the EOD Technician must complete required minimum skills training.
