General Information • Birthday policy • No food please – book, stickers, pencils, prize for treasure box, etc. are great alternatives • Half-birthdays • Invitations: class, boys, or girls • Drop off & pick up times and locations • Rainy day procedures • Kids Corner & Enrichment • Please notify Kids Corner of any changes to schedule • Tardies & absences • Must check in at front office • Independent study • 5+ days

Homework • Homework comes home daily and is due the next day unless otherwise noted • Homework notebook • Please sign daily whether h.w. is completed or not. Make note of why h.w. is not returned or complete. • Reading and Math Minutes (R/M Min.) • Reading: 20 minutes • It adds up and makes a difference! • 60 days vs. 12 days. • Math: 5-10 minutes • Please sign and return R/M Min. every Friday • Help With Homework • Encourage independence • Please look over your child’s work • Only h.w. that needed corrections will be returned
