Gadi Dvir is responsible to drive Intel’s wafers size transition in the Semiconductors industry. • Join Intel in 1984 as the IT manager of the Israeli site. • Plant manager of Intel Fab in Jerusalem (Fab8). • Strategic planning of the Technology and Manufacturing Group at Intel. • Later he spent 7 years managing the Intel Fab in Massachusetts During that period he engaged with Prof Spear and others and successfully deployed Lean Manufacturing in that Fab.

Who is Dr Steven Spear for me • The author of “Decoding the DNA of the Toyota Production System”. • The three “rules” are for “TPS” is like the three “Newton laws” for mechanics. • He is an excellent observer who describes succinctly how organizations do work. • It is up to us – manager and practitioners to deploy them fro the benefit of our enterprises.
