Spare Parts- The immediate Opportunity • QTS offers replacement probes for most systems in the field as a stock item with a lower price point then the OEM • QTS can replace pieces of a system in hopes to help the customer. Those can include water columns with probes, individual probes, PC Boards, Control Units and remote displays • We can also add value in high temp cabling (issue for a lot of customers)

  5. Gathering the information • What information do you need form your customer to get a quote started? • Boiler MAWP • Center to Center • Number of Channels • NWL (Normal Water Level) • Remote Display? • Cable?
