If you are EC-6 your application number is 4a. • If you are 4-8 your application number is 4a. • If you are a secondary, all-level, 7-12 or 8-12 your application number is 4b. • If you are a post-bac student your application number is 4c.
Please indicate if there are special circumstances that necessitate you being placed in a specific district or on a specific campus. Please provide a thorough explanation and all information that the office of Educator Preparation Services would need in order to ensure you are placed appropriately for student teaching. Comments:
Student Teaching Application is open January 30, 2017 to February 10, 2017

Upon completion of your student teacher application in TK20: The week of February 13th-17th, 2017 you will receive an email from Educator Preparation Services. The email contains your student teacher application. You must bring 2 hard (paper) copies of the application to the Education Preparation Servicesoffice TEC #274. Your application Should be signed and dated. #4
Student Teacher Applications are due to the Educator Preparation office by Deadline February 22, 2017 Once you have turned in the hard copies to the EPP office then you have completed your student teacher application. #Done
