DIRECTIVE 96/61/EC – IPPC IN ROMANIA REPA ( Regional Environmental Protection Agency) Receives, analyses the necessary documentation (application) for the environmental integrated license/permit and manages the procedure of issuing the integrated environmental permit for projects, for new installations and “existing installations/activities specific to IPPC, according to MO 860/2002 and MO 818/2003 Prague - CZECH REPUBLIC, 11-13 April 2005
DIRECTIVE 96/61/EC – IPPC IN ROMANIA • 14 integrated environmental licenses have been issued up to the present: 1 for a slaughterhouse, 11 for waste landfills, 1 for modernization of a farm for intensive rearing of poultry and 1 for modernization of a farm for intensive rearing of pigs. • 4 integrated environmental permit have been issued up to the present • 35 applications are submitted at LAEP for primary analyses • other 65 applications for issue the integrated permit are programmed for submitted until the end of March 2005.
