Celebrations! (Celebraciones) In America, we celebrate the 4th of July. But in Mexico, they celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Religion (religión) Most of Mexico comes from the Catholic church. About 85% of the nation to be exact. They celebrate some different holidays than us though. Like 3 Kings day, Cinco de Mayo, and Day of the Dead. The reason we don’t celebrate those holidays is because they aren’t our beliefs. That makes it their traditions.
Activity: Food For this activity, we picked food. We are going to make some delicious traditional tacos. That is a food in Mexico that almost everyone knows about.
