As with everything, Planning is Important • You might consider storyboarding your presentation • Start off implementing by selecting a theme or template • But sometimes your company will require you to use theirs. • Build a title slide • And a conclusion/Thanks slide
Content • Keep it simple • Active voice • Seven lines per slide • No more than seven words per line • We will do two exercises on this.
Animations and Transitions • Animations • I add in text • Then the graphics • Use appear and fade • Mark an item to appear • Second mark to fade • I also use “With Previous” • Reordering is easy • Transitions • Select ONE • Apply to ALL
