  2. Human Resource - SPV Chennai • Application received for appointment of CEO,CFO and CS on November 14th2016. It is under process –TNUIFSL • Programme Management Consultant – financial bid opened on 21.12.2016 and tender under process. L1 – PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt Ltd.

  3. Transfer of Funds • GoI share of Rs. 188 Cr has already been transferred to SPV of Chennai on 04.11.2016 • GoTN share of Rs. 200 Cr has already been transferred to SPV of Chennai on 05.01.2017.

  4. Reforms • Improvement of Revenue through Advertisement Tax – • GCC has appointed the consultant for undertaking the feasibility study for augmenting the Revenue Sources of Corporation of Chennai by exploring Advertisements in Parks • Municipal Tax and Fee Improvement- Improvement in property Tax Collections • GCC - Tender to be called for – As part of Utility / Assets Mapping study – RFP is under preparation for Chennai and to be modified for other cities. • Generating additional revenue through Value Capturing Financing Tools • GCC - Tender to be called for
