  5. Endnote X7 的新功能 1. 导入文献功能的改善 • PDF文件名可批量修改 • 增强了与EndNote Web 的Sync 功能

  6. 1.1 PDF文件名可批量修改 可将PDF文件名按字段进行组合的方式批量修改 备注：只用于修改有相关附件链接的PDF文件名

  7. 1.1 PDF文件名可批量修改 可任意选择所需字段进行组合批量修改PDF文件名 备注：以下字段不在此选项中： Figure 、File Attachments 、Last Updated 、Rating 、Read Status

  8. 1.1 PDF文件名可批量修改 可右键>> File Attachments > Rename PDFs随时修改PDF文件名

  9. 1.1 PDF文件名可批量修改 可选择要导入的PDF全文所在文件夹，通过File>>Import后将自动创建Imported子文件夹，将导入的PDF移动到Imported子文件夹中 备注：此功能不适用于所选文件夹下有子文件夹

  12. 2.1 Display Field 可右键选择，可拖动调整位置 可右键直接勾选要显示的字段，字段可用鼠标拖动调整其显示位置

  13. 2.2 Reference窗口增加了Show Empty /Rating Fields新按钮 可选择在reference窗口是否显示rating字段和空字段

  14. 2.3 Read/Unread 设置增加了新选项 可选择未读和已读文献是否用粗体区分

  15. 2.4 Copy fields功能增加了Record Number字段 可复制Record Number至其他字段

  16. 2.5 增加了新的Reference Type 增加了Conference Paper, Interview, Podcast, Press Release文献类型
