A step-by-step guide to creating Advance Shipment Notification (ASN) for dispatching items in the Inventory Collaboration Hub. Follow easy steps from logging in to printing the ASN. Ensure accurate data entry and completion of the process.

INVENTORY COLLABORATION HUB Steps to create Advance Shipment Notification [ASN] Scenario 1 : Only one item to be dispatched.
Step # 2 : Click on the link “Purchase Order Collaboration” as shown.
Step # 3 : Click on the link “Overview (Supplier)” as shown.
Step # 5 : Click on the button “GO” to display the order as shown.
Step # 6 : Select the order line and click on “Details”. Purchase order status to be ensured as above
Step # 7 : Select the items( one or many as per your dispatch) & Click “Create ASN for items”.
Step # 9: Enter Shipping and delivery date as shown. NOTE: Delivery date/time > shipping date/time > document date/time
Step # 11: Enter “Bill/Lading ID” & “Means of Transport ID” as shown.
Step # 12: Click on the button “Check” and verify the message output as shown (green)
Step # 13: Click on the button “Save/Publish”. • Note: • Click Save/Draft incase there is a likely change in the data entered. For ex. Dispatch qty, Date of Dispatch, Invoice No, Transportation details. • If all data entered are firm click on Save/Publish.
Step # 15: Click on the button “Print” to display the print format of ASN.
Step # 16: Print view of ASN is as shown below. Click on the Print Icon to print the ASN.
INVENTORY COLLABORATION HUB Scenario 2 : More than one item to be dispatched. NOTE : Step # 1 to 6 to be repeated as stated in Scenario 1.
Select the items to be dispatched & click the button “Create ASN for Items”.
Enter dispatch quantity. Note : The quantity appearing by default will be the pending PO quantity. Hence change to the dispatch quantity.
